Tire Town Auto Care Center

Owner is proud to be rude and not warranty his work. His attitude alone tells you what kind of customer service you will receive.

Outstanding service. I had a flat on the interstate and put the spare on. I called my friend who lives in Rock Hill and he called Tire Town for me and they were expecting me when I arrived. They plugged my tire and swapped the tires and put the spare back in my car. I was back on the road in about 20 minutes. And the price was very good. Friendly. Excellent all the way around!

I highly do not recommend this place especially if you're going to get brakes repaired. I've had to go back and forth to this place three to four times about my car still squealing after getting front brakes and rotors on All they kept telling me was it was my rear brakes and rotors which was not the case according to three other opinions including the Kia dealership shop after 4 months of trying to get them to resolve the issue I finally had my brakes repaired by the Kia dealership and they were told me it was my front brakes and not my back brakes This place will never get my business again and I don't recommend them to anybody

My sister and I usually get our tires done here but won’t be coming back anymore. The store owner is some old head who takes no accountability for messing up my fiancés door handle. They’re running a shady “family” business. I hope they realize how they handled the situation was wrong and do better after this whole ordeal.

Took my truck in for tires and they broke my rear door handle off. At first I thought no big deal because my family and I have used them for years and I knew they would fix it. Well it ended up turning into a fiasco. They attempted to fix it the first time and I got it back with multiple runs in the paint and the door handle crooked as a dog’s leg. The handle even fell off before they could take it back in to attempt a second fix. After I got it back the second time the runs were still in the paint and it was still crooked as could be. Went to speak with the very rude and unprofessional owner of the business who basically just kept saying he could fix it but wouldn’t tell me why is wasn’t fixed on the two previous visits and wouldn’t commit to paying the bill from an actual body shop if I took the truck to one. Bottom line is it seems they think because they are doing this work for free that they can half ass it. I have lost all trust and faith in this business and it’s really sad because I’ve used them for years, only under my dad’s name. Just got off the phone with tire town. Travis told me that if I took this review down then he would take the truck back in and fix it but if I
